Aged Grappa Finished In Ex-Chateau Montifaud Cognac Cask

The fantastic world of alembic stills generates excellent distilled spirits while building a strong bond with friends and families sharing the same passion. The bond between the Dolzan family from the Villa de Varda distillery and the Vallet family from the Château Montifaud distillery, which produces congac with grapes from the Grande und Petite Champagne regions is a perfect example.
This Grappa Riserva ages in our new barriques before being transferred into casks used for ageing the prestigious “Chateau Montifaud” Cognac. This combination between our Grappa Riserva and ex-cognac casks results in an extraordinary, elegant distilled spirits to be enjoyed on special occasions.
