Barolo DOCG Riserva Villero
¥23,490 (Inc Tax)
Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. Complex aromas with notes of red fruits and violets, spices, undergrowth and plums. Dark cherry aromas lift from the glass, with layers of sweet and savory spice, black tea and rose bud. The Villero Cru is known for buoyant aromatics and a dry palate with a lasting impression of warm and elegant sweet tannins and a long and lingering finish.
Fermentation and maceration in wooden vats at about 30°C for approximately 50 days, with air and automatic pumping over. Malolactic fermentation takes place in concrete, then wine matures for at least 36 months in 15 hl Slavonia oak barrels. Bottling without filtration and each bottle is numbered.
