Bright yellow with glimpses of green. A multi-layered aroma with intensive fruit tones: ripe apple and grapefruit, wrapped in notes of white pepper. Exotic combination of fruit and salty minerality. A portion (25%) was matured for 5 months in 3000 liter wooden barrels, hence the creamy structure with a nutty touch on the finish.
