Ripe fruit aromas such as cherries and plum jam. Finely integrated wood with spices and walnut notes. A delicate wine with elegant structure and soft, warm tannins. The Eppan vineyards (500 – 600 m) supply good minerality on the mid palate that leads to a fresh finish. Matured in small wooden barrels for 14 months.
