Luminous ruby red in color. A fruity nose with flavors of ripe cherries, blackcurrants, blackberries and raspberries; tangy with some laurel and tarragon, ethereal, playful and complex. Juicy mouthfeel due to stimulating acidity, youthful. Aged in large wooden barrels of 30-50HL for at least five months.
