The Sobrero Langhe Bianco Chardonnay presents a generous, layered bouquet of yellow peach, citrus, and tropical fruit, accented by hay, dried flowers, honey, and a mineral note reflecting its terroir. On the palate, it offers a rich, creamy texture balanced by lively acidity and a clean, crisp finish. Produced in Piemonte by Azienda Agricola Sobrero Francesco, only 7,000 bottles were made, showcasing both elegance and refined freshness.

The 2019 Barolo Parussi is a wine of total grace and refinement, pure seduction. Freshly cut flowers, mint, sweet red and blue berry fruit, orange peel and rose petal soar out of the glass. It is an upfront and quite muscular expression with fruit from one of the northernmost sites in Castiglione Falletto. There is some firmness to the tannins that will allow for many more years of aging. Don’t miss it.
The Parussi cru is a historic vineyard in Castiglione Falletto classified as a 2nd category cru, with west/southwest exposure and an altitude of 220 m. The rather sandy soil is composed of light gray marl with clay and limestone. The result is a Barolo of great elegance with fine and evolved tannins.
