Payment and Shipping
Payment must be completed before shipping. We do not deliver to addresses where an adult (20+) is not available to receive the package.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for damaged products or incorrect items. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery. In case of problems with an order we will seek a mutually acceptable solution. For refunds, a discretionary restocking fee of 5% – 10% may apply.
