The grapes for this exotic blend arrive from a south-facing vineyard at the foot of the Castle of Montecchio Maggiore, west of Vincenza. The wine is bright straw yellow in color and shows a nose of fresh and clean notes featuring white flowers as well as hints of apple and pear. In the mouth it is fresh and mineralic, reflecting the calcerous soil of this rgeon. It offers a loveley `umami' and well balanced acidity. A flavorful wine with good drinkability and aging potential. Aged in stainless steel, no wood.
