Suolo Rosso Primitivo di Manduria DOC’16, Vigneti Di Teo, 750 ml

Suolo Rosso Primitivo di Manduria DOC’16, Vigneti Di Teo, 750 ml
¥2,657

Manduria is located in the very south east of Italy where Puglia curves around the Ionian Sea. The wine takes its name from the rich, heavy and uniquely red soils that bake here in the bright Mediterranean sun, cooled and aired by the scirocco, a swift breeze coming from the sea.
Deep ruby in appearance, it is packed with fruit flavors of dark berries, plum and choccolate. A mix of French and American oak lends the wine complexity and structure and makes it a suitable companion for rich meat dishes, mild curries and ripe cheeses.

Food recommendations:
tex-mex, meatballs, game hen, kebab, pasta & meat sauce, pizza & salami, dishes with teriyaki sauce, stir fry beef and pork, mild curries.
