Straw yellow with greenish reflections, the aromas of this wine include all white pulp fruit especially pears. You can smell balsamic notes that reveal the good quality of the wood. This wine immediately reveals a great structure. The partial malolactic fermentation gives the wine a fascinating taste but does not affect the freshness of the product, given by a good acidity. Intense and persistent finish.

Pecorino is an autochthonous varietal from Abruzzo. The bunches are small and production per hectare is low. "Pecorino" in Italian means "little sheep," this is because the bunch reminds us of a sheep.

Food recommendations:
Pecorino goes well with seafood, pasta with cream sauce, vegetarian dishes,
grilled pork and veal.
