Fermentation and maturation (17 months) in French oak gives us a complex and varied, somewhat floral Cabernet. Dark in the glass with violet reflexes; fruity bouquet of ripe berries, rhubarb and violets, it is round and soft on the palate, juicy with harmonious balance between gentle tannins and acidity that extend to a long and lasting finish.
Vines have been cultivated on the land now occupied by Kornell for 3000 years, since the Bronze age (!) - a testimony to its impeccable terroir.
