Fermentation in stainless steel tank and five months sur lee gives us a playful, grapey white wine with fragrances of lemongrass, elderberry and fragrant wild herbs. Fresh and delicately fruity on the first sip, then incredibly lively and vibrant.
Low alcohol of 11,5% and its extreme fragrance (though bone-dry!) make it a perfect aperitif and lunch-time wine.
Sattlerhof is a leading, internationally renowned estate of southern Styria. The family farms 30 hectares of vineyards, the main grape is Sauvignon blanc. Combined with the Hotel and Restaurant, run by brother Hannes Sattler, Sattlerhof is a top destination for epicureans.
