The protected slopes at the edge of the Thermal Region offer ideal conditions for the Rotgipfler and Zierfandler grape varieties. Johanneshof Reinisch nurtures the grand tradition of these regional specialities, retaining their typical elegance and power while using modern methods in keeping with our time. Only 130 ha of each variety exist on the planet.

Light yellow-green, elegantly spiced bouquet exhibits jasmin flowers, exotic fruit, mango, banana, vibrant yellow fruit and lemony nuances on the palate. A creamy, soft mouthfeel with solid structure.

Attractive nose with cool mineral Veltliner spiciness, fresh, elegant, clear aroma of green melon, elderberry and fresh fennel. Juicy and crisp with good structure, rather supple, attractive fruit. Some juniper, but also Grapefruit, crisp, beautifully dry, spicy finish.

Ruby red with aromas of dark berries and wild cherries. Full and spicy with hints of kompott and cinnamon, soft and well structured with velvety tannins. Lively acidity is vital to Zweigelt. Medium body with a fine, lingering finish.
