Made from grapes only harvested in the best years and from the best vineyards. Consisting of Chardonnay, which conveys elegance and finesse, and Pinot Noir for texture and vinosity. It has a soft sparkle with continuous and fine perlage. Hints of yellow-flesh fruit, but also light toasting. In the mouth it has a good acidic verve with full and savoury taste. Millesimato Brut well accompanies elaborate and succulent dishes.
