Costa Olmo is located in the territory of Vinchio in a favourable position, it enjoys a wonderful view of the famous landscapes of Monferrato near Asti and is surrounded by an oasis made of vineyards which witnesses the great wine tradition of this area. The careful restoration led by Vittorio and Paola Limone, owners of both territory and vineyards, let the reconstruction and return to a new wine production of these highly vocated lands and made of their propriety a meeting point for those who want to joyfully relish the riches of these places with a guided visit to the virtuous circle of wine's life.

The firm was born in Vinchio on 1990, in hilly area south of Asti, where an alternation of vineyards embraces the village. Vinchio and Vagio Serra are famous for being the best places to find an excellent Barbera. The firm is led with great passion by the Turinese goldsmith Vittorio Limone, and by his wife Paola who is also a careful appraiser of wine's world and in charge of reception. Costa Olmo is focussed on absolute quality and safeguarding the traditions of the region. The vineyards are at present 5 hectares wide and are situated in the territory of Vinchio and Vaglio Serra, towards the South-West on the top of two hills in a historical area, enjoying a wonderful position sheltered from cold winds 280 meters above sea level. Thanks to the precious collaboration and competence of a group formed by an oenologist, an agronomist and viticulturists of the area, year after year rigid production principles are kept and enriched in the respect of the constant quality which is rooted in the most revered wine tradition.
